COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Ninth and Tenth phases of the Gammadda Care and Dare program, aimed at rebuilding the lives of our own people affected by Cyclone Ditwah, is underway focusing on the Kandy and Matale Districts.
Gammdda Care and Dare is being held today in the Rattota and Ambanganga Korale Divisional Secretariat Divisions in the Matale District.
The Gammadda Care and Dare initiative is being carried out with the contribution of the Minderoo Foundation of Australia—one of the world’s largest volunteer organizations.
A wide array of services will be provided to the public, including legal advice, issuance of ID cards and lost documents, vocational guidance, psychological counseling, and the distribution of essential food items.
Thousands have gathered with Gammadda today, fueled by the immense trust they place in the movement.
