COLOMBO (News 1st); The All Share Price Index (ASPI) at the Colombo Stock Exchange surpassed the 21,000-point milestone today (1).

As of 12:00 noon, the ASPI had risen by 0.31%, standing at 21,062.93.

However, the S&P SL20 Index was in negative territory at the time.
