COLOMBO (News 1st): The Department of National Museums Sri Lanka has decided to reopen all museums across the island starting 1st July.
“Thereby, 11 museums around the country including the Colombo National Museum will reopen,” Sanuja Kasthuriarachchi, the Director of the Department of National Museums Sri Lanka, told News 1st on Friday (June 26).
The Museums will be open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and visitors are requested to follow the guidelines issued by health authorities, when visiting museums, according to Kasthuriarachchi.
