15 Arrested in Ratmalana with Weapons and Narcotics

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Fifteen suspects with alleged links to organized crime and drug trafficking rings have been arrested in Ratmalana along with sharp weapons and "Ice" or Crystal Methamphetamine.
The Crime Investigation Bureau of Mount Lavinia said that police seized five swords and 40 grams of "Ice" in the suspects' possession.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspects maintained close ties with "Alto Dharma" and "Sando," two organized criminals currently operating from abroad.
