Heated situation at Imaduwa PC

COLOMBO (News 1st); A heated situation arose at the Imaduwa Proviuncial Council on Tuesday (16), with the councillors engaging in a debate over the increased tariffs on electricity in the country.

The councillors debated with regard to the recently increased electricity tariffs, in addition to the political situation in the country.

Ultimately, this resulted in a councillor getting onto a table and attempting to take off the lightbulb in the room, while others continued arguing and tried to calm the situation down.
