COLOMBO (News 1st); MP Dilip Wedarachchi’s son and daughter-in-law have been remanded until Wednesday (8).

The pair were previously arrested by Weeraketiya Police for obstructing the duties of Police officers.

They were produced before Walasmulla Magistrate Maheshika Wijetunga today (7) and are scheduled to appear at an identification parade tomorrow (8).

The suspects surrendered to the Weeraketiya Police last night and were arrested, Police Spokesperson SSP Nihal Thalduwa said.
