CID summons another social media activist

COLOMBO (News 1st); CID had summoned another social media activist on Thursday (17).\\

Activist Manorama Weerasinghe was summoned to the CID, however, he admitted that he was unaware as to the reason he was summoned.

Accordingly, Weerasinghe has directed a letter to the CID inquiring as to the reason he was summoned, through his lawyers.

In the letter, Weerasinghe highlighted that he is ready to provide all requested information to CID officers after the reason for the summons is informed.
