COLOMBO (News 1st); The Hambantota High Court on Tuesday (11) issued an interim order restraining P. G. Chanaka Amil Rangana from holding the office of the Chairman or functioning as the Chairman of Kataragama Pradeshiya Sabha.

The order is in effect until 25th January 2022 as the Budget he presented for 2022 was defeated twice in the Pradeshiya Sabha in November 2021.
