Colombo (News 1st); The report of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry appointed to probe the 2019 April 21st Attacks must be tabled in Parliament, called JVP Leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake on Monday (08). 'At the Presidential Election it was promised to punish those responsible for the attacks, however, the Presidential Commission of Inquiry concluded proceedings in a manner where details on Zaharan's handler, the masterminds, and who planned the attacks are never revealed,' said Dissanayake. The government is attempting to conceal the contents of the report of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry, Anura Kumara alleged. 'Sara' or Pulastini - the wife of the suicide bomber, who carried out a suicide attack on the Katuwapitiya church fled to India after the attacks, said Dissanayake adding the government did not make any attempt to extradite her to Sri Lanka. Anura Kumara Dissanayake said it is clear attempts are being made to prevent the true details of the 2019 April 21st Attacks from being made public.
