Colombo (News 1st); INTEROL Red Notices have been issued against 129 Sri Lankans said Sri Lanka Police.

These notices were against those including 40 suspects who are connected to various financial crime, currently in-hiding in various foreign states.

According to the Deputy Police Chief, the majority are in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, while certain suspects have fled to India and European countries.

Sri Lanka Police have also obtained 87 Blue Notices with regard to suspects who are wanted for various crimes and have fled the country.
