For the first time in Sri Lanka's history Cabinet meets through video technology

President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa from the Presidential Secretariat and Ministers from their offices joined in  and the meeting was a success, said the President's Media Division.

The video cabinet meeting was organized considering not only the COVID-19 epidemic but also efficiency, convenience, time and cost savings, said the PMD.
