New discussion will be held on 13A : Charitha Herath

COLOMBO (News1st): A new constitution will be held regarding the 13th amendment to the constitution, government lawmaker Charitha Herath said on Tuesday. This week India had announced that the 13th amendment must be implemented to maintain peace and reconciliation in the country. "We also have to pay attention to the opinion of India. In the same manner, we also have to pay attention to the opinions in our country," Herath told reporters. He said that both opinions would be taken into consideration by the government while introducing the new constitution.
