A total of 1,211 people have been arrested for violating police curfew in the last 24 hours that ended at 6.00 this morning.
348 vehicles have been seized during this period.
Police Media Spokesperson, SP Jaliya Senaratne said in total 38,566 people have been arrested for violating police curfew since the it was imposed.
In total 9,909 vehicles have been seized during this period.
