Salt & Oil levels in fast food very high

Colombo (News 1st): A research conducted by the Health Ministry reports, levels of salt and oil contained in fast food in the market is very high. The specialist at the Nutrition Unit of the Borella Medical Research Institute Renuka Jayatissa said hypertension and deposition of blood oil will be high by consuming fast food. Specialist Dr Renuka Jayatissa further said that the groups living in hostels in the city of Colombo are severely affected by this risk.
