Rampant waste must be stopped

COLOMBO (News 1st):  The people of Sri Lanka are currently experiencing intermittent power cuts and water cuts. Recently, the Minister of Power, Energy and Business Development Ravi Karunanayake urged the public to conserve "water and electricity" and reduce wastage.
