Colombo (News 1st) – Two 13-year-old children drowned while swimming at marble beach in Trincomalee today. They were on a trip with their relatives when the accident occurred.

The Chinese Harbour Police suspect that the children had been washed away.

The bodies have been placed at the Trincomalee Hospital for the postmortem examination.

The Chinese Harbor Police are conducting further investigations.
