Government to grant subsidy for pesticides

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Minister of Agriculture Mahinda Amaraweera says that the government has decided to grant a subsidy of 50% for pesticides used for farming.
The Minister said that they decided to provide the subsidy due to the increased presence of caterpillars in crops.
