British MP Lord Naseby declares MR's appointment is legitimate

COLOMBO (News 1st) - British MP Lord Baron Naseby stated that the appointment of Mahinda Rajapaksa as the Sri Lankan Prime Minister is in line with the constitution. Lord Naseby expressed his displeasure at Sir Hugo Swire's comment that the appointment of Mahinda Rajapaksa is controversial to the constitution. Lord Naseby added that the international community has no rights to express their opinions over the internal affairs of a country especially in relation to its constitution.
