COLOMBO (News 1st) – The Government of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Laos), has taken a decision to grant on arrival visas for Sri Lankan nationals with valid passports.

According to a release issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the on arrival visa facility for Sri Lankans was available from the 1st of August.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs notes that the opportunity has been granted by Laos for Sri Lankan tourists due to enhanced diplomatic relations between the two countries
