Electoral list for 2018 to be certified on October 5

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Chairman of the Elections Commission Mahinda Deshapriya said the electoral list for 2018 will be certified on the 5th of October this year. He added that the completed electoral lists must be handed over to Grama Niladhari officers before the 10th of August. Appeals can be submitted from the 10th of August to the 6th of September for any corrections that need to be made or to add any missing names in the electoral list.
