Leave cancelled for Government officials

  This decision has been taken in order to ensure that aid and relief services reach those affected in an efficient manner. Steps have also been taken to obtain documentation pertaining to land deeds and vehicle registrations through the divisional secretariats for those affected by floods and landslides.   Steps will also be taken to allocate funds for reconstruction activities based on daily reports issued to the ministry of disaster management through the relevant district secretaries.
