The Supreme Court has dismissed the 'Fundamental Rights' application filed by Central Bank's interdicted EPF Assistant Superintendent. The interdicted S. Pathumanapan says his fundamental rights were violated when he was questioned by the Attorney General's Department. He was questioned by the AG's Department during the proceedings of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into the Treasury Bond issue. The Supreme Court dismissed the petition considering the facts presented by attorneys appearing for the Attorney General.
