Five police teams have been assigned to investigate the murder of a sub inspector of the Bandaragama Police.

Police Media Spokesperson ASP Ruwan Gunasekera said that investigations are being conducted by several units under the supervision of Senior DIG of the Western Province Pujitha Jayasundera.

The sub Inspector was found killed, with his throat slit, at his residence in Panadura recently.
