The Chief Justice of Bhutan, Lyonpo Sonam Tobgye, who is participating as the Chief Guest of the Conference on Buddhist Jurisprudence 2014, says that democracy is not an alien concept to Buddhism.

He made this statement in an exclusive interview with Newsfirst’s Sonali Wanigabaduge on Sunday, on the sidelines of the conference.
