Fake website surfaces duping Indian visa seekers – Assistant High Commission

A press release circulated by the Assistant  High Commission of India has noted that a fake website www.india-visa.co had surfaced duping Indian visa seekers.

There are similar websites registered in other countries offering online visa after accepting visa fee online.

It has been brought to the notice of  Indian Visa seekers that Indian Visa Applications needs to be filled online in the official website https://indianvisaonline.gov.in and no fee has to be paid online.

Assistant High Commission of India noted in the press release that after filling the visa application, a printout of the application along with fee should be submitted to IVS Global Ltd,  No.281, D.S. Senanayake Street, Kandy for processing and for the issue of a visa.
