Three officers of the Pakistani Anti Narcotics Force have arrived in the country to commence investigations in to the haul of Heroin valued at Rs.2.6 billion seized recently.
Police Media Spokesperson SSP Ajith Rohana said that these officers held discussions with the officers of the Sri Lanka Police Narcotics Bureau Tuesday. The delegation also included the Deputy Head of the Pakistani Anti Narcotics Force.
The Police Media Spokesperson said that two suspects were taken in to custody in connection with the incident in the country and in Pakistan.
