COLOMBO (News 1st); The parliamentary debate to approve the gazette notification issued under the Public Security Ordinance is scheduled to take place today.
Parliament will convene at 9:30 AM this morning under the leadership of the Speaker.
The extraordinary gazette notification, signed by the Presidential Secretary, was issued on the 28th of last month, designating 15 sectors—including health services—as essential services.
