Colombo (News 1st) - Animal Rights Group Rally for Animal Rights & Environment (RARE) Sri Lanka, in a post on Facebook, said it will lodge a Police complaint against the President's Former Advisor Prof. Ashu Marasinghe over claims of sexually abusing a dog.
