Norochcholai maintenance completed; 260 MW to be added to national grid

COLOMBO (News 1st); The maintenance work of the generator at the Norochcholai Lakvijaya Coal Power Plant which was out of order has been completed and has been added again to the national grid today (22).

Chairman of the Public Utilities Commission (PUCSL), Janaka Ratnayake stated that a total capacity of 260 mega watts will be added to the national grid by tomorrow night as a result.
