Horana-Colombo route buses commence strike

COLOMBO (News 1st); Private bus operators in Horana-Colombo route have commenced a strike on Tuesday (25).

President of the Lanka Private Bus Owners' Association, Gemunu Wijeratne stated that the strike was launched in protest of the addition of a new bus service from Bulathsinhala to Horana.

Accordingly, all luxury and ordinary buses in the Horana - Colombo route have joined the strike, he said.
