Public access to Immigration and Emigration Dept. suspended

COLOMBO (News 1st): Public access to the Head Office and Regional Offices of the Department of Immigration and Emigration has been suspended with effect from Thursday (May 20) until further notice. Essential services required by the Head Office could be obtained via telephone and e-mail on working days between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, the Immigration and Emigration Department said in a statement on Thursday (May 20).
