First Sri Lankan Coronavirus patient reported from Italy

Colombo (News 1st) - A Sri Lankan woman residing in Italy has contracted the new Coronavirus also known as COVID-19. Acting Consular General Prabhashini Ponnamperuma said the victim is a 46-year-old woman is a resident of Horana. Speaking to News 1st the Acting Consular General added that they are in contact with the infected woman and would continue to support her until her health condition improves.
