Shooting claims life of three-wheel driver

Colombo (News 1st) - One person died in a shooting that took place in the Ilimba area along the Horana - Ratnapura road. According to the police the shooting had been carried out by assailants that arrived on a motorbike at around 9.40 pm on Monday (Feb 24). The victim was admitted to the Horona hospital but succumbed to his injuries. The victim has been identified as a 32-year-old area resident who was working as a three-wheel driver. =
