Today declared as a special day to distribute polling

COLOMBO(News 1st) - Today has been declared as a special day for the distribution of polling cards for the Presidential Election(November 03). Postmaster General Ranjith Ariyaratna requested the public to remain at home if possible and support this effort. He added that 40% of the polling cards for the Presidential Election have already been distributed.
