Sri Pada pilgrimage season ends today

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The chief incumbent of the Sri Pada Vihara, Bengamuwe Dhammadinna Thero noted that this year's Sri Pada pilgrimage season came to an end this morning. The pilgrimage season concluded as the Sadhathuka Karanduwa, the statue of God Saman and sacred relics were taken to the Pelmadulla Rajamaha Viharaya from the Udamaluwa via Raja Mawatha, Ratnapura.
