Vasudeva to go to Special Presidential Investigation Commission on bond scam

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Addressing a media briefing at the office of the Opposition Leader today (February 27), UPFA Parliamentarian Mahindananda Aluthgamage shared his views on the controversial bond scam. He noted that the total loss of bond scam is nearly Rs. 1000bn. He added that its been four years since the "elephant"  robbed the Central Bank. He argued that although members of the opposition are summoned at courts for mere amounts like Rs. 15 000  and yet world-class robbers are at large. He added that on October 26th 2016, Vasudeva Nanayakkara filed a complaint at the Bribery Corruption and CID and they are to seek the help of Special Presidential Investigation Commission regarding this matter tomorrow (February 28).
