Colombo (News1st): The National Transport Commission is currently holding discussions with Bus Unions to further reduce bus fares following the fuel price revision by the CPC and Lanka IOC.

The price of a litre of Diesel has been reduced by Rs. 17 within a one month window and the Chairman of NTC says the fuel price reduction is sufficient to consider a fair reduction in bus fares.
