2 girls drowns at Pulichchikulama river

Colombo (News1st): Two girls aged 22 and 25 that had gone bathing in the Pulichchikulama river in Uappuwa have drowned. Police said that the two girls had been rescued by area residents but had died upon admission to the hospital. The bodies have been handed over to the relatives following the post-mortem examination.
