"Nothing will remain in the country by 2020" - MR

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Addressing an event held in Thalpitiya, Panadura Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa expressed the following views. He stated that he believes the gravest mistake was made when he had constructed a port, expressways and an airport because the present government obtains commission out of selling those resources. The Former President further added that the whole country will be destitute and that nothing would remain by the year 2020. Meanwhile, also addressing the event, UPFA MP, Kumara Welgama stated that even if the government does not hold an election in due time, that a new leader should be appointed by the year 2020 and that it should be Mahinda Rajapaksa.
