COLOMBO (News 1st) - Commissioner General of Motor Traffic Kamal Amarasinghe has been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department.
According to the Police Media Division, he was arrested over allegations of conspiring and aiding and abetting the illegal assembly of a motor vehicle.
