MTV/MBC Wins Big at Presidential Media Awards

COLOMBO (News 1st); The grandeur of the Presidential Media Awards 2025 unfolded this evening at the iconic Nelum Pokuna Theatre, celebrating excellence in journalism and broadcasting.

The event was graced by Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya as Chief Guest, alongside Minister of Mass Media Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa, marking a night dedicated to honoring the finest in Sri Lanka’s media industry.

The awards recognized outstanding contributions in electronic and print media for the year 2023, spotlighting journalists and broadcasters who set benchmarks in integrity, creativity, and impact.
