Police K9 For School Drug Checks

COLOMBO (News 1st); Police K9 units will be deployed for drug search operations in schools as part of the ' A Nation United'' national program to eradicate the drug menace across the country.

Several initiatives are being implemented to curb drug trafficking targeting school children.

School principals can request the assistance of police sniffer dogs for drug searches and inspections at their institutions.
