No More Free Polythene Bags At Retail Outlets

COLOMBO (News 1st); The free provision of polythene bags to consumers by retail outlets is prohibited starting today.
According to the new regulations, if a consumer obtains a polythene bag, the shop or vendor must charge an additional fee for it.
