105 Shops Raided for Selling Rice Above Maximum Retail Price

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) has raided 105 shops across the country for selling rice at inflated prices.
The authority said the raids were conducted islandwide over the past two weeks.
The Consumer Affairs Authority further affirmed that legal action will be taken against the shop owners found violating the law.
