Sri Lanka’s Second School Term Ends Today

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Ministry of Education has announced that the second academic term for all government and government-approved private schools across Sri Lanka will officially conclude today (7).

According to the ministry’s schedule, the third term will commence on Monday, August 18, marking the beginning of the final phase of the school year. 

This term will be divided into two stages:

First phase: August 18 to October 17

Second phase: November 17 to December 19
