CIABOC Targets Former Minister in Bribery Probe

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Colombo High Court has scheduled a hearing for September 4 in a corruption case filed against former Minister Chandrani Bandara, who is facing 11 charges under the Bribery Act.
The case was called today (28) before High Court Judge Sahan Mapa Bandara.
The charges follow allegations that Bandara, during her tenure as a minister in 2019 violated anti-corruption laws.
