IGP Tennakoon to Appear Before Investigative Committee for Fifth Day

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Inspector General of Police Deshabandhu Tennakoon is scheduled to appear before the committee investigating his alleged misuse of powers of office, for a fifth time, today.
The committee is set to convene at 9.30 a.m. under the chairmanship of Supreme Court Justice Preethi Padman Surasena.
IGP Deshabandhu Tennakoon last appeared before the committee for the fourth time, the day before yesterday.
