Nearly 50 Cases of Leptospirosis Identified

COLOMBO (News 1st); Secretary to the Ministry of Health Dr. Anil Jasinghe confirmed that the illness currently spreading in Jaffna has been identified as Leptospirosis.
During a media briefing, he shared that nearly 50 patients have been diagnosed with the disease.
He reassured the public that all necessary measures are being taken to treat those affected.
