Second victim succumbs following Grandpass shooting

COLOMBO (News1st); The second person who sustained injuries in the shooting in Wadullawatta, Grandpass, in Colombo has succumbed.

Sri Lanka Police said she died on Friday (26) morning while receiving treatment at the Colombo National Hospital.

The deceased is a 56-year-old woman.

Sri Lanka Police said a 31-year-old man died in the shooting reported on Thursday (25) evening, after he was shot while traveling in a three-wheeler.

Sri Lanka Police said details are yet to be revealed regarding the shooters.
