PM meets Chinese Premier; Due to hold talks with Xi today (27)

COLOMBO (News1st); Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena, who is on an official visit to China, will meet President Xi Jinping on Wednesday (27).

The meeting will take place in the capital, Beijing.

Nine new agreements were signed between China and Sri Lanka on Tuesday (26), in line with the Prime Minister's visit.

The Prime Minister's Media Unit said the agreements were signed under the leadership of Chinese Premier Li Qiang and Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena.
